North West Community Legal Centre

The NWCLC is a free one off advice and referral legal service to residents on the North West Coast of Tasmania.

Assistance and advice is offered in a wide-range of areas including:

• Motor Vehicle Accidents
• General Family Law
• Neighbour Disputes
• Criminal matters
• Problems with Government Departments
• Credit and Debt Issues
• Residential Tenancy matters

We are here to assist in the provision of legal advice, Community legal Education and participate in Law Reform. This services was established to provide advice to residents of the North West Coast of Tasmania. Residents in other areas of the State can be referred to Community Legal Centres in their local area. The service we provide is not means tested.

We conduct Outreach to Burnie, Smithton and the West Coast of Tasmania.
